Continuous Improvement Coaching services are mostly provided in-person and on-site at a client’s primary place of business. While special cases that require otherwise may occur, the focus of the support is intended to be where the action is and that is at the place of business.
Once on-site, the nature of activities will dictate the location of the work. The goal will be to be as close to the action as safely and logically possible; for this is where the rubber meets the road and where the greatest opportunities for improvement can be normally found.
